2025 Father-Son Arrival Details

We are so excited that you will be joining us for one of our 2025 Father-Son Weekends! Please take a moment to fill out this form so that we are ready for your arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to contact us at any time.

Time of Arrival*
Families are welcome to begin arriving Friday afternoon around 3:00 pm. There will be plenty of areas open for your enjoyment. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Arrivals planned for 6:45 pm or later should get dinner on the road before arriving. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive.

Departure
Please let us know when you plan to leave on Sunday. Lunch will be served at 12:00 pm.

Typically we pair 2 or 3 families in a cabin together. If there is someone you would like to room with, please let us know.
Please share any allergies. Along with the allergies(s), please share the severity and if you have an epi-pen and/or have needed epinephrin in the past. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Also, list any additional health concerns you have that we may need to know about.
Please let us know if you or anyone in your group has any past pertinent health history. This includes current health conditions or past medical treatment. For example, It is important for our staff to know if you have diabetes or a past heart attack.

Linens
If you are traveling by plane, we are happy to supply linens (blanket, sheets, pillow, and towels) for you. Otherwise, if you are driving, please refer to the packing list that will be sent to you once you have submitted this form. If you are flying to camp, please plan to rent a car. While there may be Ubers or taxis available at the airport, there are none from camp back to the airport.
